Volkswagen Egypt Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

During this challenging and exceptional period, our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our customers, employees, and business partners at all our operating showrooms and service centers. Here at Volkswagen Egypt, we care about people, as they are our business’s most valued and important asset.

So far, we have successfully managed to sustain normal business operations, thanks to the untiring efforts and real dedication of our staff, suppliers, and retailers who have worked hard to both enhance customer satisfaction and keep customers safe.

Volkswagen Egypt has actively implemented a series of precautionary measures to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus and ensure that our guests and staff remain safe and healthy, in addition to staying committed to providing timely updates, as the situation requires.

Our preventive measures comply with the latest Ministry of Health directives and align with the World Health Organization (WHO) regulations on COVID-19. These measures maximize emphasis on public health at all touchpoints in our sites.

We have utilized a thorough chemical sterilization program across our showrooms and in all the vehicles that receive repair or maintenance services, thus reducing the risk of disease transmission in our clients’ vehicles.

It is now a requirement for all our staff who have close contact with clients to wear a medical mask, while alcohol gel sanitizers are also provided in several points around all our premises and sites.

Our staff are superb at routinely sanitizing all equipment, along with chairs, tables, desks, and floors. They also conduct daily cleaning of guest waiting areas, restrooms, and other areas across all premises. By doing so, we keep our service centers and showrooms clean, safe, and inviting.

In order to maintain social distancing and limit the number of visitors to our service centers, we are asking our customers to book an appointment in advance of their visit. Customers can contact us at hotline 19525 to book their car for servicing. The service center’s new working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm.

We will, for sure, continue to support our customers as best we can in this challenging and unprecedented time to ensure their experience of excellence is the same as they have come to expect from Volkswagen.
